Challenge

Britvic wanted to streamline the ordering process for their ‘Teisseire’ products in markets where they had traditionally struggled: Vietnam and the Netherlands.

They needed to build a new B2B enquiry platform which would differentiate them from their competition.

Additionally, they needed to create an internal portal that all their staff could use to share brand assets and advertisements.

Execution

Design Sprints in Vietnam and Amsterdam to understand the users and build the digital product architecture.

Creation of an online B2B platform which allowed distributors to review their product catalogue.

Build of an online staff portal which allowed easy sharing of business critical documents.

Results

  • Market share of Britvic in these markets increased over a 12 month period.
  • Staff members now use this portal to send and receive any documents relating to the brand.
